Vocations
| In January 2010 parishes in the Diocese of Baton Rouge
again will participate in Called By Name, a program of
vocation awareness. This program focuses attention not only on prayer for
vocations but also seeks to recognize gifts and potential for leadership
and service in individual persons, and so to call them forth to consider
priesthood and religious life.

rebroadcasts the 8:30 am daily Mass from the St. Joseph
Chapel at the Catholic Life Center in Baton Rouge at 12 noon & 6:30 pm
each Tuesday and Thursday. The 10 am Sunday Mass is broadcast live from St. Joseph Cathedral
and rebroadcast at other times. These
liturgies air on Cox cable channel 15 and on other cable outlets
in the diocese. Everyone is invited to
attend these celebrations. |
