General Statement of Duties
Assists in the administration of lay employees and priests’ benefits, works with all diocesan locations and benefit providers. Maintain and monitor employee records in electronic databases. Provides a high level of customer service to employees to ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations. Works within established guidelines to ensure plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and plan provisions are followed.
